New chair.

I got me a new leather reclining office chair coming in on the 11th.  Reclining office chair lays back all the way to sleeping position.  It has a built in footrest but I suspect that it will not extend to the length of my legs so I think I'm going to get a  nice solid pillow-top footrest that will fit under my desk that I can use to kick back and relax of a morning study period.  The morning study period begins very early in the morning and goes all the way through to the end of the morning when the afternoon study period begins.

The afternoon study period goes all the way through the afternoon until the evening and at that time the evening study period begins.  The evening study period goes until late at night when the late night study period begins.  Any time I feel tired I will be able to lay back to resting position, remaining in same warm comfortable chair that I  have been sitting up and studying in, and take a little snooze while listening to study tapes and audio books while I study while I sleep.

Currently I'm studying the book of Leviticus by reading it in the good book and listening to supplemental book of Leviticus study material from Pastor Murray down Shepherd's Chapel way and Skip Heitzig down Albuquerque, New Mexico way.  In 2009, Calvary of Albuquerque was listed as one of the 15 largest churches in America, with an average weekend attendance of 13,000.

Skip skips around a  little more than Pastor Murray but he gives a good 30,000 foot view of the word as  does  Pastor Murray as well.  Leviticus is  the third book of the Pentatuch.  Written by Moses.  Main characters being Aaron and his sons  Nadab and Abihu.  Don't play with strange fire.

I would like to know about the chairs that some of the great writers of the world sat in.  Did any of them have one favorite chair that they sat in for 40 years and did all of their writing from the same old leather chair?  I will look up and see what I can find on the chairs of famous writers.

I see a publicity photo of Ernest Hemmingway sitting at his desk and writing with what appears to be a number two lead pencil with an eraser head.  I would imagine that he did most of his writing on a typewriter and this photo was more of a  publicity photo to make him look more like a  writer rather than some idiot who clacks away on a typewriter.

Interestingly it says that Mark Twain was the first writer to use a  typewriter.  Today I imagine there is not a single writer who uses anything other than a computer keyboard and monitor.  I doubt there are any great writers who write on their phone.  The phone has reduced language down to little emoji's and kk's and thumbs up your rear icons.

And that's fine with me as long as me and the ex-linbacker can pull out our weekly paychecks from the machinations of the markets.

God bless America.
